Auguste 2017 Fer servadou Old Syrah vines – aFrom a vineyard of "Fin" Pinot Noir rare in Burgundy, unlike the more common Pinot "Droit" clones planted in 1964 on red clay soil, producing intense and structured wine with beautiful complexity: a flagship cuve from this pioneering estate. Aromatic elegance with floral notes and discretely spiced fruit, straight but fine tannins, this is a deep and velvety red that develops its harmony with age.
