He learned oil painting in Turkey, where he moved following a transfer from his father. Returning to Japan, he graduated in art in Tokyo and began his career in a clothing company for which he designed t shirts. He then started freelancing and tried various styles until 2014 when he focused on these black and white illustrations, composed of fine lines. The same year, he gained recognition thanks to a cover for
