The lightweight cotton has small metal buttons down the front and 3 buttoned flaps on the back (interesting..), then a nipped in waist with full pleating through the skirt and belt loops at the waist. No maker label, union tag, made in USA, circa 1960s. Size M ( see measurements) Cotton, possibly a blend, lightweight & crisp Unlined, very slightly see thru in direct light Buttons down front
