On nosing, a lot of Mars Shinshu type chrysanthemum tea smell, and of course a big sherry bomb with maple syrup, creme brulee like sweetness and creaminess, raisins, sawdust. Full of sweetness at the moment putting in mouth, turns to caramel, a bit sulphury, and very full body, excellent on palate.
