テイスティング：発酵は酵母と共に40日間。20hℓのスラヴォニアオーク樽で3年半熟成。エッジにガーネットの色合いを残す、深いルビーレッド。焼きフルーツの力強い香りとアルコール感が、アーモンドやドライフルーツのニュアンスと複雑に混ざり合います。しっかりとした酸味がワインに若々しさを与えています。シナモンとチョコレートのニュアンスを伴った活き活きとした酸により、バランスのとれた長い余韻が楽しめます。
