Gyuto 230mm Gyuto Spine thickness at handle :This Gyuto feature a flat heel, good distal taper, and thin tip. The blade is made using the famous "Rainbow Damascus" from Takefu. It's composed of several layers of copper, stainless steel and brass. San ma with V Toku 2 core steel and Stainless "Rainbow damascus" cladding.
