This piece advertises Tobacco Girl cigars, a line of cigars from the long defunct J. C. Winter tobacco company near York, PA. The banner features cloth manufacture with a scalloped bottom and painted graphics and lettering in yellow and white. Exhibits minor signs of wear including small patches of textile loss and some paint chips. Very delicate. 8. 5" W x 15.
