Used condition. There is some scratching to the nickel silver rims, some oxidation to the aluminum spool, and some mounting marks on the reel foot. As you would expect of Joe's reels, it is in superb mechanical condition. Classic S handle design with nickel silver drag adjuster, nickel silver rims, pillars, counterbalance,
