They are a coastal delicacy and are commonly caught in estuaries and rivers year round. Flounder are bottom feeders and have adapted over time to a pattern that acts as a camouflage. Their unique pattern hides them on the mudflats sandbars from predators and unsuspecting prey. Our ties are handmade with a
