The inside diameter is off set by 11mm (7 16") to provide extra thickness andabsorption. When rotated toward the pessengers it provides extra protection. This padding is not sfi approved. Suits bar sizes 41. 3mm (1 5 8") and 47. 6mm (1 7 8"). Comes in914mm (3ft) lengths.
