But also stone fruit compote, fruit chutney and bee pollen. The array of aromatics is present and can be overwhelming. The fruit impact is immediate with orange marmalade, lemon and ginger mixed with rumtopf style preserved fruit on show on the palate. All revolves around the middle of the palate
