On the nose, this has a smokey yet sublte wood flavour with a decent amount of peat, that has makes its presence known. The palate delivers a sweet creamy dessert layered with a tutti fruity jam. The finish allows a fierce smoke that is offset by citrus fruit and a perfect amount of paprika.
