Shigeki Tanaka Blue #2 Gyuto 240mm core-gs-semi-stainless The hammer finish and highlyForged in the workshop of Shigeki Tanaka with a subtle migaki finish and relatively thick blade that subtly tapers all the way down to its fine tip and a slightly convex grind giving a heavier workhorse feel to assist the thin cutting edge. Balanced just in advance of the heel, this knife is fitted with a walnut and black buffalo handle.
