It is aged in ex bourbon barrels and finished further in ex Madeira wine casks. This combination of casks gives a fresh and creamy nose with notes of cream toffee, rich fruits and raisins. To taste, there is a drying quality which leads to crisp notes and sweetness. Tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla come together to produce a lingering finish.
