Gonzalez Byass Elegante Fino Zibbibo Aromatic on the nose withSherry has run though the veins of five generations of the Gonzalez family since 1835 when the pioneering 23 year old Manuel Maria Gonzalez left his banking career for more noble pursuits. Elegante is a young Fino aged for 3 years in American oak casks following the traditional Solera system. The wine is pale golden in colour with a crisp and dry taste. The floral pear characters create a subtle clean palate.
